Since I’m still in the charming stage of not having my life together, whenever I go home I can always count on my mom making sure I eat well. This is especially true during the holidays (leftovers and pumpkin cheesecake for days!). While my little brother helped out with making an excellent mostly-veggie Thanksgiving dinner, all the holiday cooking commercials I watched in between a Project Runway marathon reminded me of a great episode of Current TV’s Target Women called "Feeding Your F---ing Family."

A Long Island Wal-Mart worker was trampled to death this morning as over 2,000 shoppers pushed and shoved their way through the doors at 4:55 a.m., five minutes before the doors were set to open. 

Apart from a brief fascination with Go Fug Yourself and the de rigeuer doctor's office perusal of People, I'm just not that compelled by celeb gossip, whether it's online or in print. Sometime in the last year, though, someone sent me a link to the Celebrity Baby Blog, which is like an entire blogful of Us Weekly's "Just Like Us!" section with content limited solely to celebrity reproduction and offspring.
