Re-reading The Dubliners by Joyce and finally getting through Ulysses (the only way I can get through this book is to pretend its just another book and try to forget all the critique I've read about it). Making a list of all the landmarks Joyce mentions in Ulysses which are still here...Hodges Figgis, Sweny's chemist (sadly, only in shell form), Smithfield Market; The Blackwater Lightship (Colm Toibin)
