May Day! May Day!

May Day, also known as International Worker's Day or Labour Day, is a global holiday held annually on May 1st to honor the economic struggles and achievements of workers and labor activists. Every year thousands of people take to the streets and organize events to remind us of the places we've been and challenge us to create a more equitable and just working world. From ending child labor to ensuring women's rightful place in the workforce to breaking through the glass ceiling, labor is a feminist issue.

Here are a smattering of events worldwide. Feel free to share your own in the comments.
